Ultra mileage

I am curious what other Ultra riders are getting for mileage on their 2009 Ultras. Over the winter I had an S & S gear drive with an Andrews 37 cam installed to go with Bub 7's, a Ness Big Sucker and adjustables with a Power Commander V. Break-in mileage was low 40's previous to the engine build. Last weekend was my first long ride with the new set-up...loved the power, hated the mileage. 35 most of the time, never 40. This seems awfully low to me. Is this what others are getting with similar set-ups or do I need to get this thing retuned? Horespower and torque are in the low 90's.

Plunk, on my 07 EG Classic I would get low to mid 40's with stage1 consistently, now with mods (still a 96) I can get 40 mpg IF I behave myself, which kinda takes the fun out of things.
