Default Lowers

I love my Low Rider, but after riding a Goldwing, it was like riding INSIDE a hurricane (not always a bad thing I put a pair of Memphis Shades lowers on and WHAT difference. 70 mph feels like 50 now...and they look good too!

What was involved in mounting them and what other advice would you give to someone considering a similar modification to their Harley?

It was so simple even I could do it!! Just be sure to order the mounting kit as well as the lowers...they come separately. The instructions were pretty simplistic...but doable.

I cut old chaps and just zip-tied them to crash-bars and frame. They look great and I get lots of questions/compliments on them. Look like leather lowers. Kind of similiar to Desert-Dawgs you see advertised but they are bigger. One thig is that my right foot gets warm during summer riding. Wet the leather first so they dry nice and tight.
