Isn't anybody to strongly suggest the use of Nev-R-Sieze on the spark plug threads, or caution against removing spark plugs from a hot motor?
Okay, I will. .... otherwise you can damage the threads in the heads.

True enough on the aunty sieze, and that iac port is easy to check with a soft pokey tool and turning the ignition on and off checking for in and out movement of the iac plunger.
