Default Oil Leak & The Dealer...

About 15 minutes ago I was feeding my face when the phone rang. It was a guy from the Dealer (Brian's in PA.) asking me how I liked my V-Rod & if there was anything that they could do for me. I told him that I was pleased with the machine except that it had a oil leak which I planned on taking to them for service at the first decent weather opportunity.

The guy was taken back over the fact that I had not called to report the problem & especially since it was a new sale with the Dealer assurance of excellent condition. He insisted upon sending a driver out to pick-up the bike in the morning at no charge. I'm not use to this type of consideration after a sale from anyone & so you can imagine my appreciation. I'm 50 miles from the Dealer. My wife is also thrilled over this action from Brian's. This is just excellent & takes a lot off my mind. Brian's Harley in Langhorne PA just made a lifetime customer!

I've heard them mentioned before. They seem to really like V-rods.

Default Fixed...

I went out & got the bike this morning. I had them put a new front tire on while they had it. I rode the 50+ miles home & the temp was 26 degrees. I could have waited a few more days & the Dealer would have brought it home but I wanted it as of yesterday! Happy about finding a reasonable & decent Dealer!

Shed. Your right! Ed.Hugo should post it there. CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE! I got a response once from my dealer and he said quote, "that's the way Harley's are, you have to live with it" needless to say I don't give them my money any more and sent a letter to Deeley's. At least I got a response from them.
cheers!
