I'm thinking of getting a V-Rod Muscle but have bad hips and forward controls are impossible for me to ride. Does anyone make mid controls for the bike.

Hey B E Baldwin,

I'm not Buzz but yes you can easily fit mid controls to the Muscle. Just use the stock parts for the VRSCD and your all set. Then you can use the present spot for highway pegs.

I don't know if this will continue to be true. Since the D got discontinued this year, there would really be no reason to keep the welded mounts for the Mid controls.

I haven't seen any of the 2009's yet personally, but I will be at the Plant for the V-Rod homecoming in 4 weeks. I'll chime in again after I've seen them in person.

My guess would be the pipes are in the way, on both sides.
