Just a little while ago. I'd appreciate it if you don't mention it on any other boards until things settle down a bit. I'd like our friend to be at rest and all the hoopla to settle down first.

Mums the word here. I'm glad you mentioned that because I was going to start a thread.

No sweat RJ. I only start rumors. I leave the facts to those involved. Congrats!!
I'm open for ride articles or whatever. I can give you guys a link to some of my professional free-lance work. Buzz may have it already.

Let's wait until all the Steppenwolf threads fall. Give everyone another week to heal and reflect. I'll drop you a line and you can start the thread. Sound fair?

Congratulations to you RJ. I don't own a V-Rod, nor have I ridden one..(demo rides are too restrictive for me, I miss the old days when they made a photocopy of your license, handed you the key, and let you really get a feel for the bike. ) but think they are 100% Harley and great bikes/ the wave of the future.

Mike,
Our factory demo test ride was 40 minutes, twice! Dealer rides are too short.

Most of the Hard core Harley riders will never accept the V Rod. They wont even accept the new air cooled Harleys. They just do not accept change.
I have had both, and I like both.

If I could make one comfy, I'd be all over it. I haven't been impressed with the riding position on any that I've been on. But DANG is that Night Rod Special ever sexy!

John 1:14

It is the duty of nations, as well as of men, to own their dependence upon the overruling power of God, to confess their sins and transgressions, in humble sorrow, yet with assured hope that genuine repentance will lead to mercy and pardon; and to recognize the sublime truth announced in the Holy Scriptures and proven by all history, that those nations only are blessed whose God is the LORD.
