Default Finally Got My V-Rod Back

After letting it sit ignored and waiting for some special trick brake rotors for over a year and a half we finally said the heck with it and pulled my Street Rod model Harley V-Rod out of the shop.

We had some really trick wheels lined up but couldn't get any bolt-on rotors to work properly, so finally we put the stock wheels back on. In the meantime we were are to do some mods and photograph them for the magazine (you'll see them in a few months).

The next thing we are planning for the bike (after replacing the stone dead battery) is to dyno test a few exhausts to see what makes the best power. Then, who knows, perhaps a bolt-on turbo charger or somethign else wild.

Stay tuned, we're finally back in business with my personal V-Rod.

I had been wondering what had become of your V Rod. I'll be looking forward to those articles.

Never enough-LOL!
Buzz's stock with stock exhaust has 120HP at the crank.

The Revo (stock) can handle the internal pressure of a turbo with ease and with no other mods can pull enough HP to outrun many in-line 4's. A shovel would probably live a short life and still produce less HP than a stock Revo. But it would be one badass shovel while it lived!!!!

"die young and have a good looking corps"

Blowers / Turbos they are both relatively easy and clean HP, although blowers will scavenge some of the gains in HP .
