Default Metzler

I put Metzler 150 and 120 on my 2000wg 7 yrs ago, the first 880s were for dynas and sporsters and softails geezer glides came later. Only problem I ever had was a flat put a patch in it and went another 7k miles. As far as handeling at least on a wideglide they are far superior especially in the hills and twisties, I do have a fork brace (which I reccomend to everybody) and my wg handles excelent no wobbles or following lines in the road....

Default Priority

While agree Handling is #1 Priority also want some mileage as well. Will be needing tires before long and open to suggestions to what is best of both worlds. For example would gladly pay a little extra for good handling with an extra few thousand miles to boot...

Curious about the new tread pattern on the new Fatbob. Seems from what Ive read HD was looking for a certain "beefy look" for the tread pattern. Just wondering how overall tire performance might be effected by concerning oneself with a look instead of performance. Tire manufacturers go through extensive testing regarding tread pattern design....just hoping HD did their homework before someone gets hurt. Botz
