Default Chrome Pros Plating

Anyone here ever used Chrome Pros Plating out of Texas for anything? I'm wanting to send my factory wheels to get chromed & saw these guys advertised in AIM.

Thanks,
Jim

I've used them a couple of times. Exchanged my stock FXST wheel for a chrome one and some rotors. They were great to deal with, fast shipping and reasonable prices.

Thanks for the reply! That's what I wanted to hear. Looking at their website they look like a decent company.

Appreciate your time!

I hope you haven't sent anything to chrome pros. I sent them a wheel and was told 2-4 weeks turn around time. It was almost 8 weeks before I got it back. Then the chrome peeled off in just 4 weeks. I sent the wheel back because they wouldn't refund my money and they have had it for 12 weeks now and won't tell me when I'll get it back. These people are a joke, I wouldn't recomend them to anyone.

I've had mine on the bike 7 months, 3400 miles and looks as good as the day I opened the box and put the wheel on. Sorry for your loss. Hope all works out for you.

Browns Plating is the best. Ronnie Brown himself handles all the transactions and is great to deal with. Everytime I speak to him he knows me and my chop. Just great transactions.
Brown's Plating | No One Lays Down Chrome Like Us

All these other companies in Texas send theirs to mexico for chroming. hence why they are in Texas. Browns does theirs in Kentucky. Further they only do bike parts so they know what really shouldn't be chromed. They do the BEST job but you get what you pay for. I had about $2k of chrome done by them... it was a thing of beauty

That being said... they don't do rims. So if rims is what you need. The second best is Meklek (sp?)
