Default Front brake caliper.

Need to rebuilt the front brake caliper. Its leaking. Anybody know how to get those pesky little pistons out? There is four of them. I tried air pressure but that only popped out one of them.

I've never done this but I think hydraulic pressure would work better than air. With the caliper removed from the bike and still hooked to the master cylinder, put progressively smaller shims in the caliper to allow all four pistons to eventually work their way out like with worn brake pads. Use one old pad on the piston side and smaller pieces of something on the other to push against. I think they would all come out equally then.
The travel of one being stopped would begin the travel of the others until all are out an equal distance.
It's worth a try.

Well, I had a multiple piston caliper, and I used several "C" clamps , blocks of wood etc, to hold all but one piston in,.... use the air to pop it out. (wrap it in a rag so you dont get brake fluid in the eye and the piston dont fly out and damage it or you!) work on that one and re install it. then change to the next one.... use the air, pop it out etc etc till all are done.
If you want all of them out at the same time, then pop one at a time out and re-install it a little... and move to the next leaving each one slightly in there to stop the air, blocking it in place with 'c' clamps or wood . then when they are all broke loose, you should be able to take away all the clamps and remove them by hand..
