Default T/C wheel on an evo? is it possible?

I bought a rear wheel (HD Thunderstar) that I thought would fit my evo Fatboy. It has 3/4 inch axle bearings, but they arer sealed and the hole for the rotor and pulley to index on is T/C size. Is it possible to have the hole on the pulley and rotor machined out to fit? I also need to make different axle spacers. Any other problems I should be aware of? Don.

You will have to use a TC brake rotor to fit the TC hub. The outside diameter is still 11.5" like your EVO, but you most likely will have to use rotor shims to center the rotor in your caliper. It is not worth the headache to fit your EVO rotor to the TC hub. Yes you will have to fabricate new axle spacers, or get lucky with the various spacers avaliable in the aftermarket.
A lathe will be your best friend in this application!
