Does anyone know if the stock 2009 touring wheels will fit on pre 2009 touring frames?

I don't know for sure. You might have to put in a call to the dealer.
The front and rear rims on the 2008 are 16".
On the 2009, the front rims are 16" and the rear rims are 17".

Not on the rears....the 09s are 180mm wide...the fronts/rears are 17inch except on the RKC which are 16's....Also different axle size.
