Question 21'' front on fatboy

I was wondering if a 21'' front wheel from an 01' deuce will fit on the front of my 05' fatboy. Do all of the spacers match? Are the hubs different? Axles?
What do I have to do to make it work? Any help will be appreciated.

Hi Reg

I have done alota wheel swaps but Not that specific swap so I did a wee research..

In my books it appears that both models & years wheels accept 3/4" bearings meaning your 05 Fatboy axel will slip-in the Deuce wheel/bearings with no prob..

However, it appears the axels are a diff P.N. and might have a diff profile meaning, since I suppose you plan on using the FB axel, you may have to provide your own spacers, buy or make, but hey, maybe not ..

The important part of that is just making sure the Wheel/Tire assemb. is dead centered tween the lower legs..

Since both are W-G's I bet a dime to a doughnut the brake rotor/s slip right into the caliper/s after centering correct..

These kinda swaps sometimes require a wee innovation but are among the simplest & easiest to complete..

Given only the info I have seen, I personally would Not hesitate to tackle the job if that's your intent..

Have a ball

I'm lookin' to put a 21" front wheel on my '04 Dyna Low Rider. '04 & up Dynas run 1" bearing and all the 21s I can find have 3/4" bearings. Would it be possible to swap out a 3/4" for a 1" bearing & successfully fun such a 21" wheel on my Dyna?

Thanks.
