21" Wheel on '04 Dyna Low Rider

Been wondering whether anyone else has thought about replacing their 19" front wheel/tire with a 21". Understand '04 Dynas run a 1" axle & many 21" wheels use 3/4" axles. Guess I have two questions I can think of:

- Has anyone else done this who would be willing to share information?

- Is there a direct fit wheel I can use on my 39mm narrow front end?
