Seal Skinz gloves are the best way to keep your hands dry when riding in the rain. They're waterproof, thin, and have the gripping dots on the palm and fingers for keeping your hands from slipping off the grips in the rain. I keep them in the pocket of my rain gear where I can find them. Cabela's, Gander Mountain, or most outdoor stores should have them.
