Default T-Bags Customer Service

After the deer incident I sent my T-bag back to them to see if they could repair it. It got beaten up a bit in the wreck. The rep Julie said she would do her best to repair it as cheap as possible. Well...its not repairable which I kinda thought. They offered to give me a 20% off discount on a new one because of the circumstances. Customer Service was top notch and they actually were concerned for my well being and offered me a deal just to ease the pain. I will be getting another bag from them. Good people to deal with. Just thought I'de throw that out there. Mike

Well thats's good. It is nice to hear that customer service is out there. Some companies always had it, others are learning that this is the way to get more customers.

thanks for throwing that out there....

Glad to hear T-Bags is "with it" with regard to customer service. Their products look very good as well.
