Gee, 6" above the shoulders huh, well, I guess some guys like that..
At the time I had that prob they were about maybe 1" above my shoulders..

You know,, I don't think it was soo much My good legal strategy, ha,, but mainly just the fact that, to the court, it prob looked like a personal thing on his part Mainly because he gave me FOUR bar height tickets in only Three stops.. Kinda like His actions won it for me..
And I hardly ever saw him after that,,, almost as if they changed his patrol area, but the few times we did cross paths we both nodded courteously and well, I actually never felt any bad vibes from him either..
That's good cuz I'd rather smile than grimace..
