Thumbs up Donny Petersen Tech

Donny is writing a series of technical manuals beginning with the Twin Cam which came out just recently. According to his web site [heavy duty cycles. com] they are going to be offered in hard or soft cover. Go to the web site and check it out!

Default Thanks Myt Evo

Thanks for the info. I always like his stuff. He tells it straight, stuff the stealer doesn't want you to know.

By the way, the soft cover is $27.95 and the hard cover is $37.95. A new volume will be coming out about every six months. At Barnes and Noble at least in my part of the country you can only order it in hard cover so check your local book store. Otherwise you can order it in soft cover on-line. Just ordered mine today!

Thumbs up

Just finished volume I, phenomenal ! ! ! I only read a few pages at a time to try and absorb it all, impossible! For any professional mechanic who takes his craft seriously, for those of us who work on our own bikes and even for those who choose to let someone else do the work for them and want to go armed at least with the knowledge it's a must read! If this first volume is any indication of whats to come I'm willing to go out on a limb and say without any hesitation that these series of books will be the pinnacle of Harley V-TWIN tech, period, end of story! These will be the books that future generations will look to when trying to understand this thing called the air cooled American V-TWIN. Donny, if you read this, thanks, you're the real deal!
