Ahhhhhh, the ball peen hammer, what memories! Frisco he's from the same state as I am Connecticut. Sorry FXDX, it may be a $100 fine for discharging a weapon in your own back yard but if we sent a couple of rounds in someones direction I dooooooo believe the consequences would be just a tad bit more severe. I know how you feel, every time I see some bs'ing on the phone I want to send a couple of rounds in their direction. It's a $100 ticket here, but people still do it.
In spite of the wonderful responses you have here on this, I suspect the $100 fine refers to talking on a cell while driving NOT blasting off a few.
Perhaps we can vote on having that rule changed so we can rip off a few caps for a small fine.

I pulled up next to a guy that had cut me off - almost caught my bumper - if I hadn't been watching him - he would have gotten me - but when I pulled up next to him - in full leathers - I tried getting his attention - of course he wouldn't look in my direction so I kicked his door - damn near pushed myself over - I won't do that anymore....he drove off without ever looking at me - don't know if I dented his door - I was trying to keep from laying the bike down...dumba$$ that was me.....

"Detroit's Finest" used to carry those around too. Then,a few years ago a couple cops I know (one dating a female friend) managed to unintentionally kill a crack-head named "Malice Green" with even a smaller one..when all else failed to subdue the ***hole. It hit the news big-time..they got fired and went to prison. No more big flash-lights for Det. cops (others?) and,just carrying one around HERE ain't such a good idea .........
