Default Worst Place To Ride

Been riding a lot of years and I figure the worst possible place to ride a motorcycle is through a toll station on the highway. I find more grease, oil and crap on the road right in the toll booth.

More than once I have slid a boot or tire there.

Where else is tough to ride safely?

Limestone parking lot. Don't use the front brakes. I pulled up to the gate in our parking lot where I have to park, get off the bike, unlock the gate, push it open and then ride into the compound.
As I straightened up from the turn off of the highway and was a hair from being stopped, I tapped the front brake and the front tire moved about 6 inches to the left on a rock that rolled under the tire. The bike passed the point of no return lean angle to the right and was going down. I don't know how I managed to do it, but I held it and, after a split second that seemed like 10 minutes, I was able to muscle it back upright.
I knew before this not to use front brakes on limestone or gravel and why I did it that time I just don't know. I'll remember now; for a while, anyway.

I pass by the mall and a high school to and from work. The school is where I get on the far side of the road, way too many kids with their import cars with those annoying mufflers zipping out onto the road and just taking off!!

Default Unsafe places

Any time you vision is blocked by trucks, vans or bright headlights. Any time you can`t see what is in the road in front of you.
Riding with friends last year after dark. Turned left on to a street covered in some sort of paint. Brain went on flattrack autopilot and got through it. All my friends went down. Lot of road rash.

Miami, Fl or St Pete, Fl. People over eighty driving over eighty.

Crosswalks with painted stripes. Or any painted surface on the road. Really slick and dangerous if you're not careful.

John 1:14

It is the duty of nations, as well as of men, to own their dependence upon the overruling power of God, to confess their sins and transgressions, in humble sorrow, yet with assured hope that genuine repentance will lead to mercy and pardon; and to recognize the sublime truth announced in the Holy Scriptures and proven by all history, that those nations only are blessed whose God is the LORD.

R.R. crossings...especially diagonal VS perpendicular
Steel man-hole covers, in/near, curves/corners...especially if old & smooth
Gravel/sand at turns/curves on paved back-roads.

Goin' over steel grated really high bridges. You look down and it looks like there's nothing underneath you like you're flying! First time that happened to me my nuts shrunk up like little walnuts and I got so tripped out thought I was going to leave my body!

How about in the middle of a group ride with inexperienced riders? Better yet a group of "experienced riders" (in their minds) with limited skills

I came real close to going down on a very freshly paved road once. I was going about 15 to 20 miles per hour when the back tire stated to spin out on it's own. Thats when I learned it's a real bad idea to plant your foot down. At 15mph it almost took my foot off.
