Default Buzz, Any Chicago-area Shops?

The mag does so many great HD hop-up articles (mostly 95"-120" builds, perfect!) but I don't remember seeing any from a Chicago area builder. Any on the way, or do you know of any I have missed? I'd like to see some hop-ups for the TC88 from shops in my area that can prove (as you show with the dyno runs) their stuff works! I have a lot of TC88-owning buds who'd like to know of someone around here that proved their work in a mag such as yours. Thanks, and great mag!

Actually, editor Chris Maida is the guy who decides which shops we work with. Can't speak for him so I won't. I suspect there are plenty of good shops arounf Chicago.

What ever happened to Lake Shore Harley? They used to make some serious fast Harleys back in the day.

Lake Shore Harley is still around. They moved to Libberteyvill, Illinois into a gigantic new building. Thats where I bought my Softail.

I was in a shop called Hollywood Cycles in one of Chicago's suburbs. I picked up a new Big Dog there to ride to the S&S party. I was quite impressed witht he owner, Jeff, and his whole staff. They seem to have their stuff together.

So if anyoen is in the Chicago area and is looking for a good shop, check out Hollywood Cycles.
