Riders worse nightmare - Hit deer @ 85mph

That really wasnt that fast for those bikes on that road. Too fast for deer conditions and yes irreisponsible. But the bike is more than capable of going much faster.

And I like all the 4 letter words... I guess I'm a jackass.

Irrisponsible? who? the deer? I thought so too. (he he)
Actually I think he hit the deer just right, any slower and it may have been worse... any faster and there may not have been enuff road to correct after the hit, and dern lucky no one was coming the other way.
Just another obsticale we face as riders.

A while back, I had an awfull feeling that there was a deer somewhere ahead waiting for me, so I slowed way down, (it was at night) and kept an eye out. I never saw a thing, but it makes me wonder... if that '6th' sense saved me that night?
