Default Hello from Nebraska

Hey Guys (and any ladies here) - I'm from Nebr. and have been riding for 40 years. I currently ride an '08 Ultra, a custom rigid Shovelhead bobber that I built last year and a '69 FLH that I'm "rebuilding" from the frame up. My '69 won't technically be a restoration as much as I'm building it for riding. I used a Shovelhead engine and 4-speed from a '76 FL.

When I was a kid, the motorcycle bug bit me big time when one of our neighbors road up on his new-to-him Panhead. My dad used to ride a '38 Indian and told me about all the fun he had riding it. I've owned a wide variet of scooters depending upon my financial position.

Welcome, OSS. North Platte is one of the neatest towns I have ridden thru.

Lots of us were bitten early as well. I still have my QA50 that I got for Christmas, 1969?! Starts on about the third kick, and I still ride it hard.
