Wow! I also am an auto mechanic, an owner of multiple Harleys, and a former deacon. We could find a lot in common.
It's very good to have you join us. There are many knowledgeable people here, visit often.

Hey, Louder!

I ain't a mechanic... couldn't fix a peanut butter and jelly sammich most days. Not a pastor either. I'm amazed they let me stay in the flock after all the sinning I've done (grace IS amazing).

But I do like Harleys. Even owned a couple. We should get along just fine.

John 1:14

It is the duty of nations, as well as of men, to own their dependence upon the overruling power of God, to confess their sins and transgressions, in humble sorrow, yet with assured hope that genuine repentance will lead to mercy and pardon; and to recognize the sublime truth announced in the Holy Scriptures and proven by all history, that those nations only are blessed whose God is the LORD.

I'm from Vincent Al. I've lived in Alabaster though. I ride a custom shovelhead. Check my email every two or three day's at the library as I don't have home service yet. Come by our local bike shop, AX Cycle in downtown and meet P.B. our hometown wrench. My bike is still going back together after some major driveline modifications but hope to be up soon. Welcome to the neighborhood.
