One of our members has already temporarily bailed because of you, and I really do want to keep him here as well. Is there a compromise here? Or should I be getting your trophy ready?

I am asking those that took a temporary leave of absence to return.
I am willing to leave without trophy if it takes those that left to come back so things are back to normal.
