Default Oops

Hello from North Carolina. I sort of jumped into a thread without introducing myself. My apologies, as I missed this section.
I currently ride a 2008 FLHTC, and have been riding since 1963. My first bike was a '46 Knucklehead, and I have owned lots of other makes also. One of my favorites was a Bonneville in a rigid frame with 10" over forks, back in the late 70's. Although I am getting long in the tooth, I still try to get 15k to 20k miles in every year.

That is among several, that I wish I still had. I had a special pair of jeans I wore with that bike. The legs were permanently oil stained from the knees down. I was okay up to 50MPH, but after that, I got sprayed. Luckily I live near the Harley Museum in Asheboro, NC, and he has a beautiful, unrestored Knucklehead I can visit.
