Welcome to the world of motorcycle nuts. btw - liked your rendition of ""Me & Bobby McGee"" (see google works just fine). Look forward to more of your presence here (and checking out more of your music).
I apologize. I was distracted for a while and am delinquent in welcoming you to the forum.
You will soon discover that I am the only serious poster on this forum.
I play a 1980 Martin D-25K on occasion. I'm not as good as I used to be. Hey, that sounds like the beginning of a good C&W song.

Re: New Chick on the Block at AIM
Understand the bucket list. I'm 55 and decided roughly 2/3 of my life is over. If I wanted a Harley I better get one, so I did.
My issues are different. About two months ago I woke up to a bad guy standing in my bedroom. I pulled out my .45 and almost shot the guy in the chest. For some reason I didn't shoot and instead wrestled the guy down and dragged/threw him out of our house. Being an ex-cop you would think I would be used to that kind of thing. But almost shooting that guy reminded me that any moment of any day could be my last. So now I have the Harley I always wanted.... Glad to see you here in the forums.
Wow, Kempo--that's scary. Glad you were able to take care of the situation and come away from it unharmed. Amazing self control, too. I definitely would have shot the guy! What kind of bike do you have?
