Welcome Harold! I'm working on learning more about wrenching from Chris M. Looking forward to be able to do more than the basics! What have you done to your Softail so far?

ah i did the cams and change to woods belt drive , but i gotta tell ya its a slipery sloap . i like the victories but they look kinda space age, the indian,s are back but i get the feeling only rich arabs will be riding that. my next deal is to put an oil cooler on it because she runs hot with the cams change. she idles good but runs hot because of the cam, the electronic heat control kicks in and she hits on the one cyclinder , that works but im just trying to build a reliable cycle. I dont ride like many people today , when my hand is back , it was broken/shattered , but my brother provides the muscle were needed, i use it for transportation as well as fun. so my brother did all the muscle work for the cams, but he loves cars so it s all wrenching to him.
I kind of like the women on cycles, i dont have to worry about the extra weight moving around and im a big guy so i like the room , of coarse i like my woman riding with me to have her close but its more fun to run alone when you want to haul , plus if you pay for play you pay alone you dont take your hun with you.
i love God so i understand the original relationship between men and woman , so its ok for them to have fun. Ashley la force was racing a few days ago , and there is one more gorgeous driver that was drag racing , her shoot failed and she went for the whole ride, hitting the catch net , the car was damaged but the shuts let go so its not on her, but she took it like a champ. i could be wrong about this , channel surffing sometime's mis leads but i think it was her .she is really gorgeous , you would think the wrench would work hard to keep her in one piece but hey it happens.
i really like the drag races, you never know whats going to happen,
big bore motors and smokin women, now , does it get any better than that.
sorry for being so long winded , its a slow morning . dont get me wrong my girl is smokin to me , i adore her and her heads on straight and thats as good as it will ever get. take care have fun God bless , your fellow enthusiates.

p.s. your name sounds familiar , are you the women that did the AIM piece about wanting the new rims , and making the exspence only to suddenly find yourself job hunting? it was rims and a rebuild because you thought you might as well do the whole throw?

I think there was another Laura that worked here at one point so you might be thinking of her. However, I do want new rims for my Dyna!
