Welcome to the forum!!!

I have had a few bikes over the years..always done my own work, and now I finally got my First Shovel too!!! it is a 72 FX, but was all dressed up as an FLH when I got it, but, I am now building it into a custom.
So, You have many Shovel-Friends here.....
When I got my Shovel Big sent me the cd with the manuals on there... and wow, what a big help that is, so thanks again Big....

These people on this particular forum are great. For the most part they have black belts in all things Harley. I have found that if someone does not know the answer to your questions they spend time finding the answer for you.

In my words, echoing yours, working on my bike is also a spiritual experience for me. I can get away from it all and just tinker away. There is always something to be fixed, adjusted, cleaned, polished or changed. My wife, unlike yours would like to take a hit out on me for buying a bike, let alone a Harley. But that's part of me, take it or leave it!

Good luck,

Kempo
