I knew a guy on a honda In our society it's funny how many people need to put some one else down in order to feel better about them selves. In college, I was required to read "IRON JOHN" by Robert Bly. It told how in white America this is especially true. There is always a reason why this happens. When that person argues about size, there are other problems for this person. In the 30s, 40s and 50s, before the Sportster, the biggest bikes built by H.D. were smaller and lighter, or very close to todays Sportster. If, in public, some one feels the need to belittle a guy about the size of their bike, it is a cry for help about their short comings. So don't get to worked up about just talk. It's a cry for help.
