Did you realize that America has more people in prisons than ANY other nation in the world? Our forefathers fought and died for each and every Liberty that we have Frisco...not just the ones that we were "using" at any particular time. I'm with ya on this one 'cept for the partisan politics and man I wish I could be there for ya. Little George had control of both houses for the majority of his terms if I'm not mistaken and they still let the country go (financially that is). Even if he didn't he still had the popularity of Reagan for a few years. His fault was extremely poor advisors (which we all know is what makes the man in his position). The last 2 years if all of'em would have went on vacation and just showed up for the mandatory votes nobody would've missed them. Those folks are about as sorry as they get. Opinions must be based on some facts to be of value.. I myself have not seen or felt any of my personal freedoms being shredded, I simply asked for the ones you think have been.. I do not think the temporary/emergency measures taken against suspected terrorists fall into that catagory..

Yes, it is a Patriots duty to speak-up against GOV oppression but you just don't see that the oppression always comes from the left..
It is my opinion that the list of Laws that I offered, backed and pushed by the Dems, are examples of shredded personal liberties.. I consider those laws as back-up for my opinions and disdain for liberals..
