I found this on another forum. Had to share....
Congratulations on being elected President. I chose not to vote for you, but do I recognize the historical benchmark your election represents. I think the country has matured by your election and I would like to make a few recommendations to facilitate the transition. These recommended actions would be easy to accomplish and I think you should make them a priority of your new administration. Because of what your election represents, this is what I would like to see happen:
- The NAACP immediately declares victory and disbands itself.
- Black "Leaders" such as Jessie Jackson and Al Sharpton should be stripped of the title. and banned from further race-baiting tactics.
- I should be able to tell a joke in public that includes the presence of an Afro-American in the story without being labeled a "racist".
- The need for a "Black Miss America" or other such honors that separate by race will be immediately eliminated.
- Talk about reparation for black Americans who are descendent's of slaves is officially rescinded. No white American alive today ever owned a slave, and no black American alive today was ever a slave.
- Reverse discrimination is eliminated by banning race quotas for entrance to institutions of higher learning.
- The Congressional Black Caucus is officially dismissed.
I don't see anything here that, if eliminated, would adversely affect anyone of any gender or race. So, do you think you might be able to get some of these things worked on? We are awaiting to see exactly how much "change" you are really willing to make.
Best wishes on your new position as President-Elect.
