Default Best gun salesman

Tried to go to the Central Florida gun show this week end. This is a big show but this one was packed by any measure. I already own all the guns I need and most of the guns I want so I go to trade stuff. Saturday wasn`t worth fighting the crowd so went back on Sunday and traded cast bullets for powder.

Looks like Obama may turn out to be a better gun salesman than Clinton. Heard a lady say this was all stupid because Obama wasn`t going to take away any guns. Asked her how many she had bought. Two high cap 9mm and a SKS and a AR15. Just buying for investment. Said she was a DEmocrat but not stupid.

What is it like in your area ?

All of the AR15's are gone off the shelf. National waiting list from manufacturers, too. Distributers are all out of them and aren't expecting any more any time soon. It's chaos out there.

I just got back from shooting a USPSA match and stopped buy to pick up some patches and cleaner. I had to set it down and walk out of the shop. Just too much chaos right now.

I'll be dog-gone

No kidding, there is a waiting list for AR's wow..

Hey RJ
I'll be dog-gone again-- I shot USPSA for 9 years is our own club in Nor-Cal..
Won 2 Limited and 1 Open Championship..
Built my own comps, guns, and all my own tuning/smithing..
I had a very small shop and many customers..
Favored 1911's and was fairly good with AR's too..

With my own loads- 150gr Black 45's and my efficient comps I was as fast as my buds with comped super's..

Been 10 years since I competed even though one of the biggest clubs is fairly near-by, I dunno, I guess I just lost the fire..

Have a ball for me

Gun Sale signs started popping up all over town. I haven't made a purchase yet... but I think I've got enough stopping power in my Model 66 to make anyone think twice about taking it away.

John 1:14

It is the duty of nations, as well as of men, to own their dependence upon the overruling power of God, to confess their sins and transgressions, in humble sorrow, yet with assured hope that genuine repentance will lead to mercy and pardon; and to recognize the sublime truth announced in the Holy Scriptures and proven by all history, that those nations only are blessed whose God is the LORD.
