Default Drag Customer Service

Placed an order out of there catolog with there numbers and it was wrong...There mis-print and they wanted to charge me a 10% re-stocking fee and the postage...What BS!

I then called the manufacture of the product (Jagg) and you talk about taking the "Extra Step" in customer service...Freak-en "OUTSTANDING"

Marvin thanks for your help.

I had to go find a dealer to order out of thier book... (that was a hassle almost not worth the effort )It's like they dont want to sell thier stuff. There are a couple big book bike parts catalogs like that..they show ya lots of cool stuff, but wont sell it to you, and nobody seems to be a dealer? they only want big dealers and no little guys, Makes me wonder how they expect to stay in business.
One catalog dont even show prices... so I threw it away, and now I cant remember who they were..... cuz it was useless.

They make a lot more money on each sale when their shipping quantities to a few dealers rather than the one or two items to a bunch of individuals. Your actual costs per sale is less when your selling a lot to a repeat customer that's on record because the order goes quicker on the phone or online, you have their billing info already, and your shipping dept. can just weigh it and print the label since their on file. For the individual orders its a much more manual process all the way through the order which takes more time.

I'm sure there's many more reasons for them only selling to dealers but this is one thing we at Haulen Ass look at... well our accounting lady anyways.

Why someone would send a catalog with no pricing is beyond me and just doesn't make any sense and I agree, right to the trash bin with that.

Thanks Haulen,
I had kinda an idea about thier marketing stratagies, thanks for making it a little clearer.
but it just seems like they are stuck in the past.. Summit Racing seems to do it just fine with the auto industry... I buy from them a few times... I prefer to do business locally, but when the local boys cant get it, I turn to the internet...
