Ummm, are you one of those that also think it's America 's Fault for 9-11..?

Jeeeeze....!!!!
If the shoe fits Frisco.
I did not blame us all, you did, I did not state any group or demographic, you took my words and ran with them. Yes, the written word can be perceived as one see's them but my intent was to demonstrate what society has become and why. My syatement is not only true of the gun sentiment in this country but the logic can be traced to legal limit drinking and so forth.
I own and have always owned guns myself, I now have a CCW and am highly trained. I do to wish to see any impedance on that "privilege" and every time I hear about a case of gun ownership abuse it pisses me off because the "other side" gains ammo - no pun there.
The constitution can also be perceived and interpreted as one needs too see it. It was originally designed for "militia" purposes, so give the brain-trust enough reason and in time and they will see it that way.

Texan - Yes, it takes all kinds, all kinds to bring negative attention to gun ownership. Without that there would be no conversation by lawmakers regrading guns/ownership.
Case in point, Cell phones. lawmakers are now busy wasting time and taxpayer money writing laws to forbid the use of talking and texting while driving due to accidents. Should we really need to be told this? It's BS.

2 more nutjobs making the national news. 2 more nutjobs blasting off rounds into innocent people, at an army base off all places and a disgruntled employee in florida, 2 more nutjobs calling attention to gun control, but hell, that ain't the problem is it?
