Real Hog cancelled order

On may 16th I ordered a fork bag expecting to get it in a few days. One week later I recieved a e-mail stating delivery would be in three weeks. After three weeks I called Real Hog to check on delivery and all they would say is it is on backorder. I then called the manufacturer and was told they hadn't had a order from Real Hog in seven and a half weeks. The manufacturer then sent a e-mail to Real Hog about my order. This was on Friday and I recieved a voice message from Real Hog that they would call on Monday. I never recieved this call even after I left two messages to please call me (of course I was put into their mail box). The next day I cancelled my order.

Thanks for that info UP... I think it's important that we all share NEGATIVE as well as POSITIVE info...

A heads-up to all will keep the good guys in business and help to drive the bad guys out...

I had a similar problem with RealHog, very, very slow delivery. I've found Discount Cycle Parts to be the best (delivery and price) of any of the supply houses.

Maybe we need a catagory for "Stay Away" that this "Admin" guy would like to create. This would be a quick link to look at before we purchase and loose our hard earned cash or put up with A-Hole type companies
