| | In Myrtle Beach they had the two new production bikes on display. One of them is a pro street style with a springer front end. The other bike is a bagger with a fat tire backend and the new x-wedge S&S motor. Corbin made the bags and they look just like the Corbins you normally see but they have the exhaust exiting underneath the bags. It has a small fairing on it that looks ok from the front, but if you are on the bike it is soooo plain that it is tacky, there is simply nothing to it, you are looking at the backside of fiberglass. They said they were selling them for 53k!!!! |

I don't get it. But then again I don't understand the popularity of OCC any way.

| | Yea I know what you mean about their bikes, I've never seen one "out on the street", in real life, but they don't impress me. Even if I could afford 30-40grand for a bike, I don't think I would spend it on a bike just because it has a 280 on the back of it . At the OCC display where I saw the other bikes they also had the "Greenie" bobber that Chris tested/road a few months ago in AIM, nope, don't see a 28,000 ride there either. Have you noticed in the recent/newer episodes of their show, how passionate and caring the Turtles have become? In Myrtle Beach, Vinny and Cody were there with a bike, plain Jane, the only thing I remember about it was flat paint and wrapped pipes!Ride safe!! |

| | The Tuttles are laughing all the way to the bank..
Their bikes are nothing....only big money.
Their craftmanship is nothing to speak of. |

| | I have never seen an episode where the bike went together without forcing parts. Is that what you want to spend 30k on?

| | One of the HD dealers close to me work on two of OCC's bikes. The service manager told me that they are crude. I am surprised that they show the OCC crew hammering stuff to make it fit. I would think that they would want it edited out. I agree they are laughing all of the way to the bank.

| | And none of you ever Hammered on something to get it to fit?? What the hell you think they made rubber mallets for?
Hey these guys started out with nuttin. Their American dream came true. Let em live it! Build and ride bikes and make cash. I see alot of Envy when it comes from failed bike builders bitchin about the Tuttles.
Its like going to a Tattoo convention. Artists bitching about how the other Artists suck. Apparently enough folks like the Tuttles show and Bikes. Still on air.
Let em have their time in the sun..
I also believe the are pretty generous with their time and Money. |

| | The OCC bagger that we saw previewed at the Cincinnati trade show this spring was a beautiful bike. The consensus of everyone in attendance (industry people, builders, etc. rather than tire kickers) was very positive. I'd be interested in speaking with someone who purchases one of the new models, and getting feedback directly from the source. | | | |
