Default Big Bear Choppers

I've spent some time with Kevin, the owner of Big Bear Choppers, and was impressed with the man and his idea of what makes a good motorcycle and motorcycle manufacturer.

I have not yet had the opportunity to ride one of his bikes, although I'd like to if we can arrange it.

Anyone here have any miles on a Big Bear Chopper who can give us his or her impression?

Default Screamin Demon

After 1 1/2 years, 2000 miles (not a lot, I know, but this aint no bagger) numerous plaques, tropheys, I can say I absolutly love this bike. Just ask my wife. Would rather ride it than the other two ( 1998 Dyna Superglide, 2007 Ultra Classic) any day, except in the rain!! Ha Ha.
For me riding has to be fun and exciting. "Screamin Demon" fits the ticket. Dyna, second best. Ultra, boring as hell. Might as well be in the car. Anyone wanting to buy it, let me know!!

Bike is well made, paint job is incredible, Looks great, rides great, like I said " it aint no bagger". Feel every sense and emotion you have. Thats what is all about, right. What more can you ask for.
If you want a bike that truely stands out from the rest out there, and not pay out the ass for it, get yourself a "BIG BEAR CHOPPER".

Just one guy's opinion.

Default Love my Big Bear

I bought a Big Bear Devils Advocate Chopper kit and was very impressed with it. I would definately buy another one. Everything that came in the kit was top quality. The sheet metal was REAL heavy. The frame is made out of 1/4" wall tubing and is also heavy duty. All of the welds were solid and looked real nice. Top quality parts throughout: Baker 6 speed tranny, S & S engine, BDS primary, Avon tires and P.M. wheels and brakes(just to name some of the parts). This was my first real bike build and I did need some help. Big Bear was always there for me, from the simplest question to the more complex, time comsuming questions, they answered all of them and were always super friendly. When one part came up missing(it was the only one) they told me to go through my dealer(which I did) and thepart was sent out right away, no questions asked. They even sent me another order on their own just to make sure I had it(I sent back the extra one with thanks). The frame, sheet metal and handle bars come as raw metal so I had to come up with my own paint scheme. The bike turned out real nice and handles well(for what it is). The experience was a positive one and was both frustrating and fun!
