I used to go to dixie crossroads all the time. I lived in Jensen Beach about 1 1/2 hrs south of there. Your right the rock shrimp are great. They used to sell all you could eat for about 10 bucks. Now they are popular and the cost is considerbly more, but still worth it. Rock shrimp used to be garbage shrimp because they were too hard to peel. The owner of dixie crossroads invented a machine that could butterfly the shrimp and the rest is history. If any one is near Titusville, you need to stop and check it out. I now live in Tennessee and really miss good seafood.

I'm in Tampa. Great place to ride you can get out on the back roads pretty quick or hop on the Suncoast Parkway and shoot up north. Anybody been to The Shed at McCrae's on the River in Yulee/Homasassa area? Great place, great ride.

10 miles east of Tampa. Lots of great riding north or south of the area.

I live in a small town in north Fl, where the Suwannee River meets the Gulf of Mexico. I ride my 94 FLSTC (137,000mi) during the week and an 05 Road Glide (56,000mi) on weekends. My wife has two trikes and usually rides one day on the weekend. If you get down my way let me know and I'll show you some of the best back roads and restaurants in my neck of the woods. Not all roads in Fl are stright!!!

I live south of JAX and I'm new to the area. I ride a 1999 FXDL that I purchused new. My company has moved me all over the country and once again I find myself making new friends to ride with. If anybody in the area wants to meet up sometime for a ride let me know. (I'm not much of a bar blaster - I prefer riding versus hanging out at the local harley shop.) Thanks.
