Default Customer Service USA wins!

After 2 years, but only 850 miles my Dynatek ignition module failed. The UK importer said:

"Terribly sorry but as it's 2 years old it is not covered by warranty - but as we are kind we will give you a 35% discount & you can have a new one for £140."

So I emailed Dynatek customer service in the USA said I had a 2 year old module that had failed after 850 miles & they said- "send it back to us in the USA & if it is faulty we will sort something out."


End of story is that the module was faulty, Dynatek replaced it for free & shipped it back to me in the UK. UK customer service zero points US customer service maximum points - thanks guys

Good deal. I think this bulletin board is a great place for us to swap info like this. Who's the good guys and who stinks? What products are worth the money and what isn't.

There are a lot of people here on this site with plenty of experience, so let's share and help each other along.
