That's the name of the product...and it's GREAT stuff.
I'd been using stuff like Simple-Green and Orange-Clean,etc. But Costco had this stuff @ less than $10** for 5qts (concentrated) including what's in incld'd spray bottle...does'nt hurt paint,etc..it's bio-degradable and it's the BEST stuff I'VE ever come across. Just spray it on even road crud under your bike..let it set for a minute or two..and just hose it off real good or you might get a little white residue that wipes right off,anyhow. Heck..it even made it E-Z to clean up my spoked wheels..noting it's not just good on grease & oil.
Oh,and,by the way..the strongest dilution recommended is 50/50 no need to use full strength except maybe for the really tough stuff
NOTE: like with any degreaser/cleaner (if not more so) best to be careful about keeping it away from wheel/neck bearings,etc.
