4th Annual Garage Brewed Moto Show in Cincinnati Returns to Rhinegeist

4th annual Garage Brewed Moto Show Jan. 27, 2018

The Garage Brewed Moto Show will hold its fourth annual gathering Saturday, Jan. 27, 2018, at Rhinegeist Brewery in Cincinnati, Ohio.

The Garage Brewed Moto Show is back and better than ever. The motorcycle show, provided free to all attendees by volunteers of the Cincinnati Café Racer club, returns to Rhinegeist Brewery (1910 Elm Street) for its fourth consecutive year on Saturday, Jan. 27, 2018, from 12 p.m. (Noon) to 12 a.m. (midnight). Biltwell Helmets is sponsoring this year’s event, and will donate helmets to local artists to spark creativity during the Biltwell ART & MOTO Show; the ART & MOTO Show will feature a silent auction of the helmets to benefit Operation Combat Bikesaver, an organization that teaches veterans new skills, and provides them with a supportive community.

Those who attended last year should be eager to return, as an entirely new crop of bikes will be featured, many built specifically for this event. This year’s show will feature 50 custom bikes from builders all around the country, including such locations as Atlanta, Texas, Delaware, Wisconsin and more.

Nominations to show will be taken until Dec. 15, 2017. Interested parties will need to submit two to three photos of the bike that show off its unique qualities; a description including make/model/year and what makes it unique; and the full name, email, phone, and address of the person who owns the bike. More information, including where to send nominations, can be found on the web site.

This year’s event will host an industry preview party on Friday, Jan. 26 at Woodward Theater. The pre-party will showcase select bikes from the show, and is sponsored by Rev’it, Rebel Yell Bourbon and Revolution Brewing.

Participants ranging from professional builders to two-car-garage enthusiasts will compete for unique growler trophies, or “grophies,” as they try to win over esteemed judges. Special voting stations will allow all attendees the opportunity to choose their favorite bikes, and eventually crown the champion with the ultimate prize of “Fan Favorite.”

Rhinegeist Brewery, located in Cincinnati’s historic Over-the-Rhine Brewery District, provides the perfect backdrop to show off the country’s best motorcycle builders. This year, there will be even more floor space, as bikes will also be featured in Rhinegeist’s new event center. Attendees can sip their favorite local craft beers, including a special Rhinegeist beer created for the event while they peruse custom-built bikes, record-holding race bikes, antique motorcycles, and motorcycle accessory vendors from around the country.
