Harley Kickstarts Safe Manufacturing
Harley-Davidson’s manufacturing arm is preparing to get back in full swing in the US.
Already there are 125 members of the US Steelworkers union resuming their work at the Pilgrim Road Factory in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.
Things will not be entirely business-as-usual, however. Following Memorial Day, the Menomonee Falls plant will begin operations but with precautions in place to prevent the spread of coronavirus. In order to maintain the good health of returning workers in Menomonee Falls and in all of its US manufacturing locations, Harley-Davidson will enforce social distancing in the plants and bolster its facility sanitation measures.
